What do I do when Library on the Go won’t accept my library barcode?
There are four possibilities: your card is expired, your PIN number needs to be updated, one of your library materials is overdue, or you have more than $5 in fines. Call either the Argenta or Oreana library to get more information.
What is my PIN?
Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your library barcode, unless you’ve had it changed.
How many books can I check out at once?
You can have a maximum of five books checked out at any one time.
How long can I check out books?
You can choose to check out ebooks for 7 or 14 days, and audiobooks for 7 or 14 or 21 days. You choose how long you’d like the books in your Library on the Go account settings.
Can I return books early?
Yes, you can return books early, although the process varies depending on your device and what format you downloaded the book in.
